POLICIES & PAYMENTS:


Thank you for visiting my shop and considering a purchase. I guarantee you will be more than satisfied! I have been ReDesigning, selling and shipping furniture for going on 5 years now so experience is on my side.  I have a lengthy list of happy customers which I can provide upon request.

LAYAWAY:

I offer layaway on all my items over $100. Layaway terms are 90 days/same as cash with payments being made in 3rds on a monthly basis. In the event of a cancellation, there is a 25% restocking fee assessed with the remaining balance paid back to you. Payments are made via Paypal (the best option to protect your transaction with me!), cashiers check or money order. Please contact me directly about items you wish to put on layaway.

PAYMENTS:

My store incorporates a PayPal shopping cart service for secure checkout. Shipments outside the U.S. are require to pay via PayPal ONLY. You may use PayPal to submit credit card/debit payments even without an account. While I prefer PayPal, I do accept cashiers check or money orders but you MUST contact me in advance of sending me payment via snail mail. Items are shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment.

SHIPPING:

I use the UPS Store in Holden to ship mid-sized items. I provide the dimensions and weight to you and you contact the store for a quote and payment.

For larger items you have several choices and should select whatever works best for you:

  1. I can pack and ship using Greyhound Express with customers picking up the item at the nearest Greyhound terminal.  Customer pays exact shipping and a packing fee (based on size). Please contact me for a packing quote.Items are packed professionally and I have yet to have an item arrive broken.
  2. I can help you get competitive bids from a Mover/Freight shipper using USHIP
  3. If you live on the East Coast, I have worked with a local mover for the past 5 years who makes regular "runs" up and down the coast. I can provide his contact information if you wish to make all the arrangements/negotiations.
LOCAL PICK UP:

Local Pick-up is ALWAYS welcome! Beginning October 1, 2010, items will be available for pick-up at either my mini-boutique at 543 Prospect Street, West Boylston, MA 01583 or at my workshop at 17 Thurston Hill, Rutland, MA 01543. Please email to make arrangements for pick up times as hours of operation and location of items vary.

PRIVACY:
I NEVER share client information and all financial transactions are secure and protected by SSL technology.

SHIPPING INSURANCE:
Please be advised that I am NOT responsible for damage incurred during transit. I am not the shipper and I go to great lengths to pack items professionally. In 5 years, I have had only 1 item arrive damaged but that 1 customer was certainly grateful that she could recover her money through the shipping insurance! I strongly encourage you to purchase the insurance as shippers are not gentle with items. Many packages go on conveyors and are thrown into trucks so sometimes there is no amount of packing that will prevent an item from being broken. So please - INSURE!
